My background and approach
Chana Greenwald
MA, Licensed Professional Counselor
University of Missouri, St. Louis
I have been married for 26 years and have five children. As my children grew, friends and acquaintances who sought my advice and support in dealing with life's challenges inspired me to return to school. I earned my master’s degree in counseling, and subsequently earned certificates in trauma/PTSD and in couples counseling/ intimate relationship skills.

I view life as a journey with many obstacles along the way. We may find ourselves struggling with difficult or broken relationships, illness, the death of a loved one, or unresolved issues from our childhood. At times we might feel anxious, confused, depressed and even hopeless, and we often don’t know where to find relief. Struggles and challenges are part of the human condition and sometimes we all need a little assistance to overcome them.
Together we can collaborate in exploring the issues that affect you and the obstacles that hold you back from realizing your highest potential. I am passionate about helping people find the inner peace and fulfillment we all seek by assisting them in acquiring tools for self-growth, for reducing anxiety and depression and for improved relationships. The process can be extremely rewarding and life-changing.
